I tried a new bread mix today. Pamela's has a bread/pizza mix and since I have such good luck with the Pamela's products, I gave it a try. The result: a soft, chewy, rye-like bread that won't kill me. I celebrated by having a tuna sandwich. And by tuna sandwich, I mean tuna with lemon juice and olive oil mixed with celery and olives. Although, that was Howie's doing, not mine. He made roasted red pepper rolls stuffed with same said tuna for tonight's shindig. I shanghaied some of the leftovers for my sandwich. Even Howie loved the bread, and that's saying something since he doesn't have to eat gluten-free. Next time...I'm making bagels.
